It is our policy to ensure that a machine fault is attended to within 2 hours of your call, unless otherwise agreed with you. However, as with all things ‘technical’ occasionally a major fault can develop, if this cannot be repaired on-site, it is our policy to replace and change the faulty equipment. |

Fruit Machine Supplier on Winning-Streak
A successful application to the Welsh Assembly Government in March has resulted in approval of grant funding of £1000 to contribute towards training team members of a Haverfordwest based Gaming & Amusement Machine Supplier.
The Welsh Assembly Workforce Development Programme is enabling businesses to enrol team members in training programmes and to continue to invest in their development during these testing financial times.
Les Reohorn of B Reohorn Automatics explains; my team of service engineers are core to my business and because the Gaming & Amusement machine industry is so specialised, there appears to be no college course south of Blackpool that provides apprentices, so over the years we have developed an in-house training programme. When we supply a publican with a fruit machine, juke box, etc. there’s no contract, just a friendly hand-shake deal and this arrangement certainly keeps us on our toes! We have to provide excellent equipment & service to keep all our customers happy and to this end we teach the team all engineering & service skills they need. But, there are other skills that we can’t teach in-house and the funding from the Welsh Assembly programme will help us to continue to invest in the team; adding to their skills keeps their job interesting and will enable us to continue to be the best supplier a publican can choose! The programme also provides the resource of a training advisor and we will be working towards the Investors In People Award over the next twenty-four months.
