A routine survey of their customer base resulted in the company hitting on a rewarding idea.
Les explained: “In these business conditions I felt it imperative not too forget the importance of my existing clientele and in November 2008, keen to discover how we could improve our customers satisfaction levels and add value to the service we supply, we decided to send each of them a short survey.”
“It was clear” continued Linda, “that our customers were recommending our services to others and this was an opportunity we seized upon. Now we run a referral programme that thanks our customers for a recommendation- and Shane Pearce from the Rooftops Bar in Haverfordwest was the first to be presented with his reward after suggesting to Dyfed Café in St.Davids that they contact us to get some video games and a quiz machine installed to entertain their customers!”
Accepting his prize reward, Shane said “I always get great service and would have recommended the boys at B Reohorn Automatics anyway, but the Reward Scheme is a great idea, it’s nice to be appreciated!”.
